Privacy notice for young players
The same privacy notice written for 13–17 year-olds to read themselves. Counsel review is complete and it meets its reading-level target, but it has not yet been read by a panel of 13–15 year-olds — and until it has, we do not actually know it is understandable by the people it is for. So it is not published.

Consumer health data privacy policy (Washington)
For clubs in Washington State: the health-related information the product can hold about a player — wellness check-ins, height and weight, welfare indicators — who can see it, who processes it, how long it is kept, and the rights Washington’s My Health My Data Act gives. It is written from what the product actually does and is with counsel. Until it is in force, the product collects none of that information from a US club.
