What a club gets

Coaches plan their week, build sessions, run them pitch-side, and track each player across the four corners over a season. There is an AI assistant that helps design sessions and writes up what happened — it works to your club's age groups and the coach's experience, not a generic template.

The pilot is free and runs for a fixed term. It does not roll over into a paid subscription automatically; at the end we both decide whether to carry on.

What we need from a club

These are not paperwork for its own sake — for youth teams they are how the product keeps children's information where it belongs, and they are how any club keeps track of who is cleared to work with its players.

• A club administrator who sets up teams and admits coaches.
• A welfare officer. They record each coach's DBS and FA Safeguarding clearance after checking the certificates through the usual FA or county process. Until a coach's clearance is recorded, that coach sees none of your players' information — that gate is built into the product, not a policy we ask you to follow.
• An agreement. Your club stays in control of its own data; 4CM processes it on your instructions under a UK GDPR Article 28 agreement. We will send it before anything is set up.

What happens next

We read every enquiry ourselves and reply — usually within a few working days. If it looks like a fit we will arrange a call, walk through the agreement, and set the club up together. If it is not the right moment for either of us, we will say so plainly rather than leave you waiting.
